/kRt affixes mean the doer.

Example. Rule NvultRcau is in the shadow of kRdatiG, /kRt section, and just says "/Nvul and /tRc". So those two are /kRt affixes and we can add them after all roots.

According to this rule, the result of adding those after a root will be a nounbase that means the doer of the root —

kR कृ + /Nvul → **kAraka- कारकॱ "maker"

kR कृ + /tRc → **kartR- कर्तृॱ "maker"

/tran is a /kRt affix, but a **lavitra- लवित्रॱ is a reaping instrument like a scythe, not a reaper, so why doesn't this rule apply?

Because rules like dAmnIzasay... are exceptions to this rule.
