The first ten are the unvoiced stops (/khay), and the last three are the sibilants (/zar).
You can call these the "cook potaToes" letters too, because they are c च् k क् p प् T ट् t त् s स्, and also ch छ् kh ख् ph फ् Th ठ् th थ् "sh" (where "sh" means z श् and S ष्, the two that roughly sound like "sh").
