Page Adirantyen... explains how to use this list. When sUtra kharavasAn... says "before a /khar letter, do this and that", and you cannot tell which letters are the /khar letters, you start chanting the list at kha ख, and stop at the one that ends in r र्, that is sar सर्, like this —

then you remove all the a , and the labelletters v y r , and what remains are the /khar letters, namely —
