Replace /Ge and first and second endings with am अम् after /yuSmad- /asmad-.

As in —

/yuSmad- + /Ge → **tubhyam तुभ्यम् "to thee"

/yuSmad- + /su → **tvam त्वम् " s thou"

/yuSmad- + /am → !**tvAm त्वाम् " o thou"

/asmad- + /Ge → **mahyam मह्यम् "to me"

/asmad- + /su → **aham अहम् "I"

/asmad- + /am → !**mAm माम् "me"

sUtra tvAmaudvitIy... allows the enclitic form /tvA'' for **tvAm त्वाम्. It is seldom used, it's sort of a vedic thing. As in ganAnAn tvA gaNapatiM havAmahe kaviG kavInAm गनानां त्वा गणपतिं हवामहे कविं कवीनाम्.

This rule also forms

AvAm आवाम्

yUyam यूयम्

vayam वयम्

The forms **mahyam मह्यम् and **tubhyam तुभ्यम् are rarely found, they are replaced by me मे and te ते more often than not, even though the latter are ambiguous (they may have /Ge or /Gas).

Shouldn't this sUtra be GeH prathamayor am ङेः प्रथमयोरम्, with the same Ges ङेस् word that appears in <15 GeryaH?

Yes, it should. No idea why /pANini erased the /Gas, sorry.
