In the /veda, /ghas comes after Rtu ऋतु (in the sense of "season for it has come").

अयं ते योनिरृत्वियः
Rg ऋग् 3.29.10 "this is a womb, which is arranged at a proper time"

There is no /guNa by orguNaH because, by sitica, Rtu ऋतु becomes /pada, which debars yacibham, which applies to /bha only.
