sthiraH स्थिरः (gets /Satvam when ifc) after gavi गवि and yudhi युधि.
The only two examples are the proper names —
gaviSThiraH गविष्ठिरः
and
yudhi युधि + sthira- स्थिरॱ + /su
→ yudhi युधि + Sthira- ष्थिरॱ + /su by this rule
→ !**yudhiSThiraH युधिष्ठिरः by STunASTuH.
Their compounding is allowed by saJjJAyAm.
As MMW tells us, Mr. gaviSThira:: AtreyaH गविष्ठिर आत्रेयः ('descendant of Atri') is mentioned as a RSi ऋषि in the Rgveda ऋग्वेद and the atharvaveda अथर्ववेद. If you never heard about Mr. yudhiSThiraH युधिष्ठिरः, this is a good moment to read the wikipedia article.
How come the sUtra has the strange word gaviyudhibhyAm गवियुधिभ्याम् made by adding /bhyAm after the two /subanta gavi गवि and yudhi युधि, and not just after the nounbases /go- and yudh- युध्, as usual in other sUtras?
I can answer half of that question: that queer formation shows that gavi गवि keeps its /Gi when ibc.
But yudhi युधि would keep its /Gi anyway, by haladantAts..., so as for why this is not gaviyudbhyAm गवियुद्भ्याम्, your guess is as good as mine.
