azvamukhI अश्वमुखी "lady with a face like a horse"

candramukhI चन्द्रमुखी "lady with a face like the moon"

The thousand Sanskrit words that translate to "moon-faced lady" do not mean lady with a round face, because the moon is round. It means lady with a bright and beautiful face, because the moon is bright and beautiful.
