Is the G ङ् in mahiG महिङ् a labelletter of the affix /mahi?
No, the affix is just /mahi, and that G ङ् does not make it into a /Git. It is just there at the end of the list to make the word /tiG mean "all verb endings from /tip to /mahi", and to make the word /taG mean "the nine verb endings from /ta to /mahi".
Is the jh झ् in /jhi and /jha a labelletter?
No, it is a real letter, but it is always replaced with ant अन्त् or at अत् by jhontaH or other sUtras, so it never makes it into an actual verb.
Is the p प् in /tip /sip /mip a labelletter?
Yes. See sArvadhAtuk... for examples.
