@diphthong bases

The only bases that end in a diphthong are

/rai- f "wealth", "item of wealth"
/go- m "bull"
/go- f "cow"
/dyo- f "sky"
/nau- f "ship"
Apparently no bases end in e ए.

They are affected by ecoyavAyAvaH.

The base /nau- gets all /sup without any replacement — afaik it's the only base that does that.

The base /rai- turns into rA- राॱ before consonant /sup by rAyohali, and into rAy- राय् before vowels by ecoyavAyAvaH.

Bases in o ओ have a few quirks, see /go-.
