The /kRtya affixes, /kta, and /khal &c, can never show the doer.
The words formed with these affixes are fakeverbs — they are technically nouns because they have noun endings, but they have the meaning of a verb, and they can have roles hanging from them.
If the root is transitive, the /kRtya /kta /khal ... - formed word will show the object —
mayA dRSTA मया दृष्टा "I saw her"
stutyo visNuH स्तुत्यो विस्णुः "Vishnu be praised!"
durlabhA lakSmI दुर्लभा लक्ष्मी "wealth is not easy to get"
(There are exceptions, we'll see them later.)
When the root is objectless, the words formed with these affixes will show nothing—
zayitam शयितम् "sleeping took place"
Asitavyam आसितव्यम् "sitting should take place"
If the doer is expressed, it must carry third ending —
mayA zayitam मया शयितम् "I slept"
Asitavyan tvayA आसितव्यं त्वया "you should sit"
