This rule, literally translated, says "after dhe, tran means the object". So dhAtrI means the object of the sucking, that is, "she who is sucked by the baby".

I lied above when I said that the only example of this rule is dhAtrI from dhe. The commentarists also say that it allows AmalakI, from dhA, to mean AmalakI. As I have no clue how that works, I didn't translate that part.
